You cannot drop off your system except under extreme predetermined conditions. Therefore, the best way to contact us is by cellular phone or email. If you call our cell and have to leave a message between the hours of 10am and 9 PM Monday through Friday, we will extend to you a 10% discount on any labour charges on your service call for not having your call personally answered.
