My name is Ric Jackson. I am the owner and sole employee of MicroByte TekSolutions. My goal when I started the company in 1998, was to live up to that Mission Statement. Since I am now in my 10th year of operation, all of them profitable, I believe I have fulfilled my mission. The best part is, I get to keep doing it every day.
Computer Technology is one of those fields where it seems that almost anyone can do it, but only some do it really well. I think it is important for the consumer to know who is working on his or her system, and that the consumer believes the right person is doing the work. The one feature that makes this web site different than my competition is the Help section. It is being redesigned to be more user friendly and offer more tips, tweaks, and links for both Windows XP and Windows Vista. Also visit our TekJournal (newsletter) link.
